Cool but

I think I'm gonna have an epileptic fit wahhhh

DrClay responds:

sorry bout that... i wanted it to look like an old film... guess it didnt work out, if you want i'll get rid of that or atleast put a seasure warning

Cool

Nice :) Great to see you pulled off this collab, and I reckon it'd be very easy to follow up with a sequel too.
I recommend you wait around for pics to come in, though, since you can choose to leave some out. It seemed pretty rushed to be made into a collab when on the forums.

When the pics aren't meant to join up, but all have a similar theme running in them, this shows a good way of putting the collab together.

tversteeg responds:

What do you mean by rushed?

GJ LazyFeet mate, nicely done :) I'm not one to talk as yet, but keep up the drawing and the animation and you'll make it big!

Lazyfeet responds:

I certainly hope so. Perhaps next project I make should be a big one. Thanks for the review anyhow. :P

Mission Complete!

I feel guilty 10ing a movie I'm co-author of, but all credit has to go to Squeaky, naturally!
I joined because this was easily the most original art collab on the forum, not following some line. Also the idea isn't restrictive; as long as you could respond to the pics previous you were fine.

Music was great choice, full of energy. Ideas that didn't really fit together were bunched up and interacted with (like the bin scene!) and the great Intro and conclusion animation really did polish off a great movie.

For idea, assembly and movie design, easily a great art collab and a prime example for ones to come.

squeakytoad responds:

I'm glad you enjoyed it, man.
Thanks a ton for contributing!

Top notch

I've played line rider :) You got the jist of it, and glammed it up with free-style tricks, scenery and camera shots! Interface is well done too.

SirNightOwl rocks my world

I love this movie, and I think TurkeyOnAStick has massive genitals.

SirNightOwl responds:

Debateable buddy ;) thanks for all the help! This belongs to you as much as me!

Burnt Face Man's getting stale

The review beneath me's right, there's too many people thinking "this guy's on the Newground's team, therefore he must make good stufff all the time!" I usually love Burnt Face Man, but I didn't find this episode that funny, only the Wahing Machine part.

Quality Firth is Solsbury Steak Boy, the guy trying to get t'other out of the house, and the Burnt Face Man movie trailer. This doesn't make me laugh, since it seems to be written as though he's throwing out words, cramming them together and hoping the obscurity is funny. Firth's better ideas are the ones where he's clear on the idea before he starts the Flash.

Agree with guy below

Not only is this unorginal, I just don't find this funny. At all.

It's like a guy who hasn't heard a joke spamwriting lots of words on a piece of paper, hoping to God there's something funny within the story somewhere, then publishing it.

And the title screen's stupidly long.

Animation's ...OK. Drawings are eye-pokingly dull.

Dave Phillips is a Flash Genius

My title says it all.
I weren't surprised when I read his Bio that he works for Disney, since his stuff is impeccable.

I'd love to know where he got his ideas for scenery in Brackenwood, since they've got so much depth in them. The style and colours used are excellent. Love it.
